Alicia's classes are beautifully balanced, engaging the mind and the body. I have been attending her morning vinyasa for a couple of months now and love the way her classes flow, building throughout to allow the body to warm up into the practice and into the day. Alicia is a warm and attentive teacher providing cues and adjustments to ensure a safe practice and always asking for consent before providing hands-on adjustments. I highly recommend her.

Alicia brought her wisdom and experience to this day retreat. I love her approach to the use of Yoga to settle or enliven the nervous system - and her encouragement to listen to your own body to make informed choices - not just about poses! For people who are deeply involved in caring for and focused on others, or just tired and have lost sense of what they need, I'd recommend Alicia's day immersion - it left me feeling deeply relaxed and restored.

A day of total immersion. This day lived up to me being totally immersed by relaxation, yoga and love. Alicia held a safe & supporting space for us to come back to ourselves. It was a beautiful experience, nourishing delicious food in a beautiful location.
